Proper Maintenance of Packaging Printing Cutting Machines

Maintenance should pay attention to the following matters: 

1.Choose a good environment to use the cutting machine, should not be placed in a place where the light is strong, to avoid direct sunlight, so that the countertop sun cracked, affecting the service life

2.Regular alcohol wipe of the machine countertop to prevent suction blockage (do not pour alcohol directly into the countertop for wiping).

3.Don't press or place scissors on the equipment to avoid touching the head when starting the machine;

4.Do not press heavily on the rails and beams on both sides of the equipment table to avoid damaging the rails.

5.To avoid just grabbing the cable on the plug, it is strictly prohibited to plug and unplug the equipment online cable with electricity, otherwise it will damage the equipment or computer; 

6.Electricity specifications: 220V/380V ± 10% / 50HZ, AC power needs to be installed to prevent static electricity;

7.The computer system for regular maintenance, optimization, anti-virus, computer system instability will also affect the normal operation of the equipment;

9.In the process of machine operation, please do not head hand close to the running beam or head to avoid accidents;

10.The packaged computerized cutting system should be prevented from stronger vibration and collision during transportation;

11.If there is a loud noise or movement is blocked, etc., be sure to immediately cut off the power supply, do not use it again, please contact the supplier immediately

12.Cover the cutting machine with a dust cover after use to prevent dust from entering the machine.
